    • Adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

    • Achieve individual targets and contribute to the team and client’s overall goals

    • Learn quickly and maintain a current, comprehensive knowledge of client’s products and services

    • Serve as product and service advocate for the client building interest and awareness of the client’s value proposition and assessing mutual fit

    • Champion success stories and share them with targeted companies in interesting industries and territories.

    • Identification, growth, and nurture a set book of net new customers for the client

    • Self-prospecting leads and building a pipeline of high-intent leads and accounts and potential opportunities

    • Proactively create winning outreach strategies focused on market trends, pain points and solutions

    • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene by tracking activities and updating records in a CRM

    • Set appointments for sales teams according to specified qualification standards and maintain high engagement and conversion rates

    • Provide actionable insights to market trends, product feedback, customer insights, and learnings based on customer conversations.

    • Proactively look for problems that can be solved creatively and present recommended solutions

    • BA Degree/ Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

    • Proficient in basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, GSuite, and general sales tools such as CRMs.

    • Fluent German (C1) and English (C1) Speaker plus additional native language requirements as needed

    • High confidence and ability to quickly build trust within the first call, with strong soft skills to drive impact on the spot

    • Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize information

    • Strong organization and time management coupled with the ability to multitask and work under pressure

    • Ability to professionally communicate and conduct presentations and product demos through both phone and email

    • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

    • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, including elements of partnering with sales, qualifying new business opportunities, objection handling, and customer service skills.

    • Communicate the benefits of our products to both current and potential users

    • Handle a large number of incoming and outgoing leads generated through our product and marketing efforts

    • Possess a deep understanding of each stage in the sales cycle to effectively progress deals for small businesses

    • Address, engage, and qualify incoming leads and inquiries

    • Surpass monthly and quarterly targets for revenue and qualified appointments

    • Discover new methods to enhance processes, increase efficiency, and boost revenue

    • Oversee and close deals from inbound lead funnels with accounts and existing users.

    • 1-2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment

    • Native-level fluency in German, including reading, writing, and speaking

    • Fluent in English

    • Experience in closing deals is advantageous

    • Exceptional interpersonal skills: self-sufficient, organized, inquisitive, process-oriented, and results-driven

    • Expertise in sales discovery, pipeline management, and forecasting for a large volume of leads

    • Ability to establish and adhere to repeatable processes that support numerous customer interactions

    • Experience or interest in collaborating with internal marketing, business, and product teams to achieve efficient, successful, and profitable customer outcomes

    • An entrepreneurial mindset adaptable to evolving conditions

    • Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus.
