  • every engagement begins with foundations. we start by clarifying your role direction, market positioning, and priorities, then translate that strategy into your resume, linkedin, cover letter, and/or portfolio. this ensures all materials tell the same story - to your target audience.

  • whenever you see a role that you’d like to show us, just attach it in our shared Notion page. any time we see a role that we believe you’d be a strong fit for, we’ll do the same.

  • the majority of our clients prefer to have us handle all emails, texts, and overall coordination with hiring managers and companies.

    we'll communicate on your behalf! all you have to do is show up for the interview(s).

  • we conduct at least 2 references on each job hunter looking to pursue the reverse recruiting service. it’s important for us to have confidence in the work ethic of the people we put forward to hiring managers.

  • we’ll put you in contact and set up networking calls for you with any companies you’re interested in working for but do not currently have open roles (that interest you/suit your skillset).

  • there’s a lot more power in a headhunter/recruiter reaching out and vouching for you, then if you vouch for yourself.

  • we'll make sure you get the most that you can. we’ll review your offer letter & ensure there are no clauses, you’re getting the rate you deserve, and more.

    before our call, you’ll complete a short but intentional questionnaire. this allows me to review your background, experience, and goals in advance so our time together is focused, strategic, and useful.

    even if you don’t move forward with additional services, this process alone helps clarify direction, feasibility, and priorities.

    consultation [1 hour]

    during our session, we’ll cover:

    • your skills and strengths in a work environment and where you create the most value

    • roles and titles to consider, including compensation ranges, industries, market demand, and feasibility

    • how to position your experience for the types of roles you want to pursue

    • where and how to find the right opportunities (platforms, job titles, companies, signals)

    • how to market yourself clearly and credibly to hiring teams, founders, and recruiters

    the outcome is clarity, direction, and a grounded plan you can move forward with confidently.

    a strategic review of one or more of your career materials to identify what’s working, what’s holding you back, and how to strengthen your positioning for the roles you’re targeting.

    you’re welcome to update your materials ahead of time [new roles, projects, or experience]. if you prefer to walk through structure and positioning together, we’ll do that live during the session.

    consultation [1 - 1.5 hours]

    this is a working session focused on diagnosis and clarity. we’ll cover:

    • a deep dive into your experience, with targeted questions to surface impact and relevance

    • feedback on what may be limiting recruiter or headhunter outreach

    • our perspective on why interviews may not be converting

    • clear guidance on what to emphasize, trim, or reframe based on your goals and market

    • any additional observations relevant to your seniority or industry

    this is not a rewrite - it’s an expert audit with clear direction.

    post-consult

    you’ll apply the feedback independently. once complete, you may send your materials back for review.

    this service is for clients who want their materials rewritten and refined without having to execute the edits themselves.

    prep and consultation are similar to the audit process, with one key difference: this time, i’m responsible for the execution.

    before we begin, we’ll confirm:

    • which materials are included

    • target roles, industries, and seniority

    • timeline for delivery

    i’ll handle the rewriting and refinement, ensuring your materials are:
