out of all the candidates we’ve had the opportunity to speak with, we’ll choose the best 3-5 to present you. this can be done through a resume review video call or through a simple email that sells in each candidate via point form.
from here, we allow you to decide which candidates you’d like to interview. -
we’ll set up the interviews by communicating between both you and the candidate. these can be in person or via video chat.
following the interview, we’ll discuss the feedback and who you’d like to pursue for either a second round or an offer. -
you’ve decided to hire one of the candidates!
moving forward, we’ll confirm the rate and other details before onboarding onto your team.
