    next, what is the position you’d like to fill? tell us about the rate, location, responsibilities (required and nice to have), active & upcoming projects, and any other relevant details you’d like us to know.

  • as soon as we know what you’re looking for, we get right to it. tell us when you want this person to join your team & we’ll figure out a way. (we’ve hired people within less than a week.)

    from here, we allow you to decide which candidates you’d like to interview.

  • we’ll set up the interviews by communicating between both you and the candidate. these can be in person or via video chat.

    following the interview, we’ll discuss the feedback and who you’d like to pursue for either a second round or an offer.

  • you’ve decided to hire one of the candidates!

    moving forward, we’ll confirm the rate and other details before onboarding onto your team.
