  • maegnet started as a side venture; my family & friends were consistently asking for job hunt guidance & hiring needs. eventually, it got way too time consuming so I decided to charge :)

    as my client base grew and the desire I had to be my own boss did alongside it, maegnet became my full time gig.

  • the base of my knowledge was built at an enterprise level firm working with hiring managers from fortune 500 companies and recruiting on roles that varied in skillset, salary/rate, and industry.

    transitioning to a boutique consulting and staffing firm that specialized in capital markets, I gained the opportunity to work remotely and build a network of international clients and friends.

    while in mexico city, I came to terms with the fact that i’m someone who needs to work for myself (and definitely not in finance). ever since then, i’ve dedicated my time and energy to the platform you’re looking at today.
