we’re looking for a results-driven affiliate marketing manager to join our team and lead the performance and growth of a high-traffic affiliate content site focused on product reviews and recommendations. this role sits within the broader marketing team and plays a key role in optimizing paid search, video, and social campaigns that drive traffic and conversions through affiliate partnerships.
you’ll manage the health of our affiliate program, collaborate with content and performance teams, and analyze campaign metrics to maximize roi. this position requires a strong understanding of affiliate marketing within a content-driven context and a passion for data-driven growth.

manage and optimize an affiliate content site as part of a broader marketing funnel, focusing on seo-driven product review articles and affiliate link tracking
oversee performance marketing campaigns across google search, youtube ads, and paid social channels to drive qualified traffic to affiliate content
monitor key metrics including click-through rates (ctr), cost-per-click (cpc), return on ad spend (roas), and conversion rates to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, creative, and analytics to align on campaign goals and deliverables
evaluate and implement affiliate strategies that increase site revenue without relying on traditional commission-based affiliate payouts
stay up to date on affiliate marketing best practices, tools, and industry trends, especially within content and performance marketing intersections
communicate campaign performance and insights clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders in regular meetings

3-5 years experience in performance marketing or growth marketing roles with affiliate marketing as a key component
deep understanding of affiliate content sites and seo-driven affiliate marketing (not just coupon or influencer affiliate programs)
strong analytical skills with experience managing paid media campaigns (google ads, youtube, paid social) and optimizing for key performance metrics
excellent communication skills with ability to present and collaborate across teams and senior leadership
experience working in a cross-brand or multi-product environment is a plus
prior experience in ecommerce or product review/affiliate content verticals is highly desirable
bilingual (english/french) is not required but considered a bonus
