manage inventory levels through data-driven analysis, optimising stock while minimising waste or shortages
plan and coordinate production schedules, lead times, and shifts to ensure seamless output
lead logistics planning, including freight booking and warehouse coordination, to meet delivery timelines
maintain and strengthen relationships with third-party suppliers, distributors, and key accounts
lead and develop a team of production coordinators, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
